Tool loading station operator panel for your HELLER machining centres.
Characteristics
- Via the operating panel at the tool setting station all operations required for tool loading can be performed.
- This includes: Menu-driven tool setting (loading and unloading of tools), Input of all tool data, Detailed display of the entire magazine area including tools inside the magazine, Auxiliary functions for support in case of errors.
- The screen view of the main operator panel is transferred to the operator unit at the tool loading position. This prevents simultaneous operation from the main operator panel and the panel at the tool loading position.
- On series H Gen 1 und Gen 4 sowie HF the operating panel is designed as a 24" touch screen.
- Because LEUKHARDT has discontinued the tool loading station operator panel previously used on HELLER MCi and MCH machining centres, we are now offering a terminal as a successor model.
