Transparency in production and maintenance. The HELLER Services Interface Global is a web-based application for visualising the available data based on the HELLER4Industry functionalities present.

- Production: Visualization of productivity data, program runtimes, tool and process data. Statistics for a quick overview. Maintenance: Identification of preventive and predictive measures by displaying the condition of axes, spindles and other assemblies. One time product
- Retrofit effort subject to technical inspection

Requirements
- Depending on the existing machine configuration, the HELLER4Industry functionality Remote Diagnostics (RD) or alternatively the Advanced Data Box are required.
- RD (Remote Diagnostics): for online and offline fault diagnosis.
- Advanced Data Box: IPC for data storage and preparation
