Enforced drive in Z (Gantry) with two ball screw drives and two direct, absolute measuring systems: An additional drive in Z with ball screw drive and direct, absolute measuring system is installed. The two drives in the Z axis are operated in a gantry network.
Characteristics
- The gantry design achieves a higher feed force in the Z direction. Machines with an external measuring system are converted to an integrated measuring system in all axes.
